This course is the first of it's type to be offered in the UK, it has taken us a great deal of planning, & we are very committed in helping you achieve success.
If you are looking for a really slow paced, stretched out course, then this one is not for you.
This is a full on training course, and its 100% aimed at you, at getting you trained up & qualified in the least possible time, but still giving you quality hands on training without leaving anything out.

- Over 200 practical hours of professionally supervised hands on Forestry & Tree Surgery skills, training by our carefully selected Industry served professional Instructors & City & Guilds/NPTC Assessors.
- A minimum of 40 hours Arboricultural theory study, covering the 11 different exam domains, working towards the Internationally acclaimed ISA Certified Arborist qualification.

- 4.CS38 - Climb trees & perform aerial rescue
- 5.CS39 - Use of chainsaw from harness
- 6.CS40 - Carry out pruning operations
- 7.Safe use of manually fed wood chipper
- 8.MEWP - Mobile Elevated Work Platform

- A First Aid certificate.

- A full six weeks accommodation (food not included), in the beautiful countryside of South West Wales, with huge amounts of recreational facilities available in the area, for those who need to stimulate their minds even further!
- Rigging & winching You may have the opportunity to work alongside the Proclimber team on a job during the six weeks, this gives you experience first hand on how the professionals work, & may include winching & rigging techniques.
- Big tree climb we offer trainees the chance to go as far as you like on a fun big tree climbing experiance.
- We will give you the opportunity to ask any amount of questions from our team of time served professionals, Instructors/Assessors, who have years of combined experience from different sectors of the Industry, for example - Commercial Forestry - Private Sector Arborculture - Municipal Arboriculture - Utility Arboriculture - Tree Consultancy & much more.
- We offer you an amazing 15% discount on all Proclimber products for the six week period & source chainsaws & tools for you at trade price.
- You will be given a contact number after completing this course, if you have a burning question on Forestry/ Arboricultural or you need some technical advice, we will do our best to help YOU. We offer support, even after the course has finished.
- Rigging & dismantling unit CS41 is the only unit we miss out during this course, this is simply because it would not be possible for anyone to take this on board after only six weeks. However we will give you £100 off the course price to any Fast track student coming back to complete their CS41 with us! We would ask for you to wait 6-12 months before attempting this, by which time you will have the experience working in harness to successfully complete this course.
