Terms & Conditions

1. All bookings must be confirmed in writing; by post or e-mail and payment for the course must be received 2 weeks prior to starting date.
Failure to secure your booking will mean that your place has not been reserved for you and will be offered to another person.

2. If a trainee is unable to attend after confirmation of booking, the booking may only be moved to a future date.

3. In the event of severe bad weather, staff illness or other unavoidable disruption beyond our control,
we may have to cancel the course. We would do our utmost to contact you as soon as possible regarding any cancellations and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. We would make immediate arrangements to organise another course to suit your needs.

4. Any trainees suspected of being under the influence of alcohol / drugs, showing disruptive behaviour towards others, or failing to comply with Health & Safety guidelines will be dismissed from site and their fee will not be retuned.

5. In order for us to provide the best service to our clients, anyone preparing to attend a course must read all correspondence and supply any information we require swiftly. Please double check that you have all the relevant equipment, PPE, enough fuel, a valid LOLER certificate (where appropriate), wet weather clothing and packed lunches for the duration of the course.

6. If a trainee has a problem providing equipment or PPE, then please contact us to discuss this. Failure to do so may result in the instructor refusing training.

7. Trainees shall be deemed to accept the above Terms & Conditions when booking any course with us.
None of the above shall be modified unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
